Reviews and Ratings
I enjoyed my three-day stay at the Hanoi Hotel during a business trip. The location next to a beautiful lake is a lovely spot for a peaceful walk and a good way to unwind after busy meetings. The hotel might not boast luxury, but it's clean and offers good amenities. Unfortunately, there's no swimming pool, but the on-site night club has great music. Dining options are good, yet I encountered some challenges regarding English communication with the staff.
I stayed here for three days during a business visit, and while the hotel is decent for a quick stay, it lacks some amenities. The good part is the location near a beautiful lake, which was nice for evening walks. However, there's no swimming pool, and some local restaurants don't accept credit cards, which was a bit inconvenient.
I had a decent stay at Hanoi Hotel for business. The staff was very helpful and honest, which is a big plus. The furniture in the room felt a bit outdated, but overall, the experience was enjoyable.
My stay at the Hanoi Hotel had its ups and downs. I found the buffet breakfast quite impressive, with a great selection of food. but the rooms felt outdated and a bit too dark for my taste.
I spent a week at Hanoi Hotel and found a mix of positives and negatives. The location was great, just a stone's throw from a lake and not too far from the Old Quarter. However, the old wing of the hotel felt dated and the room sizes were pretty small for the price. While the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, I can't say it was worth the price tag I paid.
